Minette joins Dorset celebs to raise funds for tsunami appeal

Minette recently joined local Dorset luminaries to help raise money for the tsunami appeal. The fundraising dinner, held at Weymouth's Balti House restaurant, raised £2,000. The restaurant's owners provided the food and staff for the evening, with the money from each £20 ticket sold going directly to the fund.

Pictured with Minette are, from left, South Dorset MP Jim Knight, singer Billy Bragg, mayor Lynne Herbert, her husband Brian, Minette, and Shamim Abdul from the Balti House.

Minette supports a variety of aid organisations, many of which are involved in raising funds for the tsunami disaster. please visit the Charitable Work page to learn more.
