New novella on the way!

As part of World Book Day 2006, Minette is taking part in the Quick Reads initiative, designed to encourage developing readers and adult learners to explore the exciting world of books. As part of the initiative, Minette has written a new novella, Chickenfeed. We've had a sneak peak and it's a cracking read - we think all her readers are going to enjoy this one!

We'll have more details about the new book later this month and we'll be giving away a signed copy! Stay tuned...

We look forward to hearing all about Minette's Australian trip - if you go to one of the events listed above and would like to send us a short review, we would gladly add it to the website! If you can take a digital picture or two, even better!

Send reviews, comments and photos to: The Editor

Many thanks!

Rebecca, in the US
"What a great book! I picked up The Devil's Feather in Dublin before I came back home to the States. I read through it quite fast because I could not put it down. I have to say... as soon as I started reading about Connie's abduction and the media events that followed, I'll be darned if wasn't the exact same things that were being published in the media after the American journalist, Jill Carroll, was abducted in Baghdad... Your book had a way of calming me and I am not sure why. I still don't know why, but I feel more confident then ever she will be released unharmed. Thanks for that."
