Minette in a hot tub
Now that we have your attention...! In the first part of 2006, Minette travelled 'down under' where she visited Adelaide as part of a promotional trip in support of the Australian release of The Devil's Feather (published by Allen & Unwin). In this radio interview, she talks about her book with Richard Fidler.


The Scold's Bridle on Radio 4's Book Club
During the programme, Minette discussed her third book with presenter James Naughtie and select audience members, including a policeman. Intelligent questions made this a memorable discussion and allowed Minette to offer unique insights into her creative process. The show originally aired in June 2004.


BBC Breakfast: Sierra Leone
Minette discusses her trip to Sierra Leone as a guest of Medecins Sans Frontieres in April 2004. The show originally aired on 15 April 2004.


Get Writing
During the 2004 London Book Fair, Minette took part in a crime writing masterclass, sponsored by English PEN and the Daily Mail. As part of their ongoing coverage of literary events, BBCi recorded the disucssion. Taped excerpts, as well as an edited transcript of the class, can be found on the 'Get Writing' website:

One of BBC Radio 4's most popular programmes, Desert Island Discs invites guests to select eight records that they would want to have with them if they were stranded on a desert island. Minette appeared on the show on Sunday 30 June 2002. Her number one choice might surprise you!
